Detour:LIVE and acropolisRECORDS invite you to rock
out for a good cause Tuesday, December 6 at the HOUSE OF BLUES Anaheim
in Downtown Disney.
Admission will include a donation to be distributed among FOCUS, OC
FOOD BANK, TOYS FOR TOTS and other local charities of the artists'
choosing. Prizes from local sponsors including HOB tickets will also
be raffled off to benefit the charities. Donations of canned goods,
unwrapped toys and clean blankets will be accepted as well. Doors open
at 7 p.m. and the event is all ages.
Celebrity guest Ed Santos, aka ROCK DA MULLET, is hosting and GOOD
GUYS IN BLACK featuring RICK THORNE along with local actsCEREBELLION,
HESTYN, CROSSED KEYS, SORIZON and EVISC will provide the soundtrack.
Building on the success of the first two, this year's holiday charity
concert seeks an even greater impact. "While it may be easy to forget,
especially in this economy where things are a little tougher on all of
us, there are people forced to make due with even less this holiday
season," says Daniel Park, founder of acropolisRPM andDetour:LIVE.
"We're about bringing people together through music, and that's
especially true when it's to help those less fortunate."
